This session begins with a crash course on stress, unpacking and reframing the purpose of stress in our lives. Then we dive into healing movements that help balance and relieve stress. The session will tap into modalities such as breathwork, mobility, qigong, and self-massage. Leave the session feeling aligned, centered, and grounded. Julian will draw upon his expertise as a certified CHEK Practitioner from the CHEK (Corrective, Holistic, Exercise, Kinesiology) Institute.
