TIGHT AF - Mobility Flow 01 (10 min)
A classic mobility flow sequence I use pre-workout and on it’s own in preparation for more dynamic movements.
TIGHT AF - Mobility Flow 02 (15 min)
A variation from Mobility Flow 01.
Same benefits, different activities. Great for variety.
TIGHT AF - Mobility Flow 03
(7 min)
A sequence specifically for runners or for sports that require running.
TIGHT AF - Mobility Flow 04 (17 min)
A slightly deeper and slower follow along mobility sequence for hips, glutes, and lower back. Be sure to breathe through the really uncomfortable parts. If you're really daring, hang out in those deep tight corners and go monk mode!
TIGHT AF CHAPTER FINALE (13 min)
After committing to the chapter for a month, you will have leveled up to a place of mobility proficiency and competency that will enable chapter 2, a course-like approach to more control over the new depths you've found within your body.
