Location - Regent Park Athletic Grounds, if raining, Underpass Park (St Lawrence St & Eastern Ave)
This all levels class is all about hard and smart work, teamwork vibes, and character building challenges. Be ready for anything.
Injuries and restrictions to be self-managed. But surely, Julian will offer modifications!
Upon arrival, be ready with Mat, Towel, Water
