Julian’s Training centers around an athletic and functional approach to Running:
A typical class:

  • (5 minutes) Arrival & Intro to Lesson Plan

  • (10 minutes) Mobility & Activations

  • (10 minutes) Functional Patterning

  • (30 minutes) Track work & Resistance Band Strength

  • (5 minutes) Kinstretch Training

Details:

  • Location - Regent Park Athletic Grounds, if raining, Underpass Park (St Lawrence St & Eastern Ave)

  • This all levels class is all about hard and smart work, teamwork vibes, and character building challenges. Be ready for anything.

  • Injuries and restrictions to be self-managed. But surely, Julian will offer modifications!

  • Upon arrival, be ready with Mat, Towel, Water

  • Equipment will be provided

  • 24 Hour Cancellation Policy: If Julian isn’t notified of cancellations within 24 hours, no reimbursement
