ENERGY BALANCE & REGENERATION
ZONE BALANCING (25 min)
Here are 5 zone exercises that aid in balancing energy throughout the entire system, but more specifically aid in organ health. These movement must be done slowly, mindfully, and strictly with a nasal breath. If you start to sweat or breathe through the mouth, you are moving with too much energy.
The last exercise is a postural exercise against the wall. This is not a zone exercise, so more energy out is intended.
SELF-MASSAGE (8 min)
A follow along routine to aid in hydrating the tissues, exploring build ups of tension on the joints, and aiding in releasing DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness).
ATHLETICA rx (60 min)
3 parts - Massage, Mobility, Core.
Equipment - Yoga Mat, Lacrosse Ball
Focus - Active recovery for consistency and prevention of plateau or loss in motivation.
