Motion Lab Day 3 (45:00) - A full body regenerative routine. Buteyko breathing, Spine segmentation (forward and side), Hip Internal rotators, Psoas, Rotator Cuff, Core-activations. ‘Insource before you Outsource’.
Motion Lab Day 4 (55:27) - A full body regenerative routine that brings to light the myofascial interconnected system of tissues that support movement as a unit.
Motion Lab Day 5 (47:46) - Chair mobility, stretching, and healthy motions aimed at helping the desk worker with posture and body imbalances.
