This part theory part application workshop focuses on UCS (Upper Cross Syndrome) - a syndrome suffered by many in the regions of the neck, shoulders and the back. In this session, I share techniques for self-myofascial release and therapeutic stretches. Leave with understanding and takeaway exercises to aid with postural health.
LOWER BACK PAIN SOLUTIONS (60 min)
This part theory part application workshop focuses on the Lower Cross Syndrome, a very typical chronic issue with the lower back and hip region affecting anyone and everyone who sits for a long portion of their working day. I guide us through therapeutic movements we can do daily to fight against and alleviate the pain we experience from sitting for long bouts.
