I’ve narrowed my routines into 3 categories, of which many will overlap in intention. Mindful mobility is all about sharpening and fine-tuning the mind-body connection. Essential mobility is about balancing the highs and lows, shedding unwanted and recharging fresh energy. Dynamic mobility is sorting through kinks and congestion in preparation for a strong day and/or movement performance.
