Description
Runcon is athletic conditioning for people who wish to improve the health and performance of their running. The interval based workout delivers technical drills, strength exercises, and movements that help to optimize propulsion, impact force mitigation/usage, and running posture. It is through Julian’s diverse training experiences in 10k, Marathon, and Ultra-marathon, that runners of many backgrounds and goals can benefit. Whether it’s for speed, safety, or enjoyment, Runcon is accessible to everyone who wishes to improve upon one of the physical gifts that makes us wildly human, running.
