Julian is a multi-certified/licensed personal trainer, group fitness instructor, holistic health coach, and an accomplished endurance athlete. He has been teaching fitness for 15 years, specializing in kinesiology and athletic training. Julian can be described as a high performance hippie, someone who strikes a great balance in being structured and disciplined, while fluid and adaptable. He can turn on his Ironman/Ultramarathoner grit and intensity, while being zen and one with the force. Julian is passionate about helping his clients harmonize their personal and professional growth and development. His approach is uniquely holistic, heart-centric, and high impact.

Julian’s education started with an HBA in Kinesiology from Western University, and Certifications in Personal Training, and Group Fitness Instruction (Indoor Cycling, Strength & Conditioning). He has evolved with 1000+ hours of education from the CHEK Institute in Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, 500+ hours from the Institute of Motion in Health Performance Programming, and 250+ hours from the Yoga Detour teacher training course. He is also a certified Thai Massage Therapist, Mobility Training Specialist (FRC), and Authentic Relating Training (ART) communication coach.
