Gentlemen,

I would like to teach a men’s only small group training (10 participants max) class at 90 Sumach Lofts (private studio in Corktown, 90 Sumach and Queen East), on Monday evenings 6-7PM. It will be a specific to men fusion class that will contain material from my most relevant educational institutions:

  • Michol Dalcourt, Derrick Price, John Sinclair of the California based Institute of Motion 
    • ADAPTABILITY - 3 Dimensional Movement Patterning through 4-Quadrant Training, Functional approaches to Strength, Metabolic Conditioning, and Endurance Training
      • Here's a video of Michol explaining IOM philosophy and the mentorship program I attended earlier this year

  • Cecily Milne and Faculty of the Toronto based Yoga Detour

1. Global Core Activation & Motor Control
2. Functional Strength & Conditioning
3. Athletic Metcon
4. Restorative Mobility

It'll be $25 per class (tax included), and will run for 8 weeks to begin, then continue ongoing. I'm aiming to have guest speakers and teachers, recovery snacks, and nutritional guidance. 

Cancellation Policy - Any class cancellation less than 24hr notice will be lost. No credits.  

After each class, you will take away a sensation of STRENGTH training, a massive SWEAT, a healthy mind/body STRETCH, and the SATISFACTION that the session was all bound by SCIENCE.
