WELCOME TO MY LIFE'S WORK.
Featured recently on The Pursuit of Yoginess Podcast by truly amazing host Rudie Jay. A gem of a podcast that all need to venture into. The experience was so professional yet personal. I'm a better writer than a talker, hence why I've decided to recite my blogs and make them into audio recordings, but also because I know people like to listen to tech more than read via tech (less screen time). We unpacked so many great topics and I spoke to my current consciousness, circumstances, and cultural relevances. We said we could have gone forever but alas, part 2 is needed. Have a listen and let me know how I sounded. I know I need more practice!
I'm experimenting with Audio and will be recording audio versions of past blogs. I will upload them monthly. Also, I will be sharing audio recordings of my 2.0 events. The guest speakers provide such valuable information that I feel it necessary to share their gems and teachings with everyone. Listen while commuting, cooking, or chillaxing. Enjoy.

2.0 TORONTO SPRING SUMMIT CONCERT 2017
THE 2.0 TORONTO SPRING SUMMIT PRESENTERS
Fitness successes come in many forms. In this industry, success is dominated by quantitative measures—tangible results and milestones in weight, strength, distance and so on. Even though I respect the quantitatives to success (i.e. you can't manage what you can't measure), I believe successes can also be qualitatively displayed—without numbers, without measurement. It’s not just about what’s on paper, but what’s in the pen. It’s those special moments—the intangibles—that I strive to help my clients and class participants achieve.
I take an athletic approach to optimizing your lifestyle.
Freedom through fitness. Mind over muscle. Tough love. Perpetual becoming.
